By accessing this website or calling 877-823-8715 to arrange emergency hornet removal or stinging insect extermination, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not consent to these operational conditions, please refrain from using our services.

Service Execution and Property Access

When you request an emergency dispatch, you agree to provide our pest control specialists with unobstructed access to the affected areas of your property. This includes attics, crawlspaces, exterior eaves, and landscaping. Property owners must ensure that children and pets are kept strictly indoors and away from the treatment zone during the extermination process and for at least two hours following chemical application, or as directed by the technician.

Estimates and Authorizations

Phone estimates provided by our dispatchers are preliminary based on your description of the infestation. The dispatched technician will conduct a physical inspection upon arrival and provide a finalized quote. Eradication will only commence once the property owner or authorized representative approves this finalized pricing.

Liability Limitations

Hornet Removal Pros specializes strictly in the neutralization and removal of stinging insects. We do not provide structural repairs. If a nest is located within a wall void or under siding, minor cosmetic alterations may be necessary to inject treatment or extract the carton. We are not liable for repairing drywall, siding, or roofing materials. Furthermore, we are not liable for any insect stings or medical reactions sustained by individuals on the property prior to, during, or after our service visit.

Follow-Up and Retreatments

Stinging insect colonies are highly aggressive and sometimes foraging worker insects return to the nest site after the initial treatment. If significant hornet or wasp activity persists beyond 48 hours after our initial service, please contact our support team to schedule an evaluation and potential retreatment.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service as pest control regulations and operational standards evolve. Continued engagement with our services following any posted updates constitutes acceptance of the revised conditions.
